QUESTION SIX: Isn’t it pro-life to support a candidate who takes a stance against war?
ANSWER SIX: Pope John Paul II was against war, and against the war in Iraq, but he insisted that we must all be unconditionally pro-life, and would never have encouraged voting for a pro-abortion candidate under any circumstances. No war has equaled the number of lives sacrificed to the abortion holocaust (almost one billion worldwide).

QUESTION SEVEN: What about poor mothers and their babies? Who will do more for them?
ANSWER SEVEN: Pro-life organizations serve these moms and babies tirelessly. The second victim in any abortion is the mother, and a disproportionately high amount of abortions are performed on poor women.  These issues are not separate and BOTH must addressed simultaneously. We can’t help these children if they die first. We must provide poor women with better choices.
